FAQ

ORDERS

I tend to ship Monday, Wednesday, Fridays
MarshMueller Secret Labs is currently a one-woman show, and while I do my best to ship out orders within 1 business day, sometimes it ends up that I'll ship out a few days later. If you're short on time, or in a time-crunch for an event or baby shower, hit the chat button on the site or Contact Me to bump up your order in the shipping queue.

You'll have received a shipment notification once your order has shipped, which should include the tracking number. If you can't find it, you can log into your account and your orders should be listed under your account details.
If you don't have an account with MarshMueller, please contact me with your name and order number and we can get you squared away!

You can view our Return Policy here.

At this time, I'm taking a break from custom orders. Be sure to sign up for my email list to be notified for when I open up custom orders again.

GIFTING

You sure can! Be sure to add our Handwritten Gift Note Add-On to your order and in the "Special instructions for seller" in your cart. I'll write out the message on a beautiful card for your recipient.

True story: I never include packing slips for orders- they're a waste and end up in the recycling bin anyway. I always remove price stickers before packing up an order to ship. :)

SHIPPING

Here's the thing: I'm a small business. I don't have deep pockets like Bezos and shipping costs real money. BUT- Shipping on US orders is a flat $5!We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (US only, sorry international customers!).

I use USPS First Class for most orders. You'll receive tracking information in your shipment notification email. If there's a specific carrier you'd prefer me to use (UPS, FedEx), let me know in the Notes area of your cart.

RANDOM

For the first ten years of my business, every item sold was handmade by yours truly. As my business has grown, I've enlisted the help of printers to print my stickers, or fabric for embroidery kits, etc. I've also enlisted the help of some incredible sewists in my local area to help with production. So the sewn goods are still handmade, from start to finish.

Not only am I the founder of Marshmueller, I also offer services to creative, product-based business owners, which you can read more about here.

It's a combination of my married and maiden name. It sounds like Marshmallow. You can read the origin story here.
